She helps her scout group through encouragment and support and now helps out at beavers with the younger children supporting and assisting.In the future i hope to start by becoming a young leader so i can help out and also inspire the younger sections and when i am old enough to start my own scout group so i can give other children the oppurtunity to discover scouting so they can learn new skills have fun make friends and enjoy the amazing oppurtunitys that scouting has to offer. I would also like to inspire them to hopefully become future leaders to encourage the next generation to join the scouting movement and enjoy the fun and friendship that scouting has to offer. There are around 30000 children on the waiting list to join scouts but there are not enough adult volunteer leaders. I want to make a diffrence and encourage others to do so.
