Anthony Palmer

A coach for 10 years, if there's a session for any sport of any ability happening in Caerphilly then Anthony's probably coaching at it. He leads on festivals and competitions in the Upper Rhymney Valley, a Dragon Rugby community programme five days a wekk in local primary schools and three breakfast clubs a week in a secondary school. Anthony was the Sport Wales 2010 Community Coach of the Year Winner and was also shortlisted for the 2010 Sports Coach UK Coach of the Year Awards in the Children's Coach of the Year category.
