Sport promotes a healthy body mind and positive attitude.I took up running 4 years ago when I was very obese. Taking regular excersise has changed not only my health but my outlook on life. I am now a firm advocate and try to encourage others to get off the sofa and do something. I have also used running to raise funds for Bliss which is a charity for babies born too soo too small or sick. This has included running half marathons full marathons and more recently ultra marathons.
