Anne Rees-Pritchard

Anne is an only child and was 13 when her mother was given 6 weeks to live. She is a young carer who showed great courage and dedication caring for her terminally ill mother during her last 9 months of life.She is now 16 and continues to care for her disabled father. She volunteers for the Beacon of Hope Hospice Charity shop and arranges fundraisng events for the charity. She volunteers at the Aberystwyth Gateway Club for people with learning disabilities. She is studying hard to achieve her goal of becoming a nurse.
