Andy Woodward

Andrew is passionate about all things involved in Sport from encouraging the many sportsmen and women he comes into contact with through his coaching and competition experiences to working with and mentoring volunteer coaches and officials and motivating them to progress themselves to be the best they can. He is fortunate enough to be employed as a Sports Coach and Coach Educator but still coaches voluntarily in a number of sports and gives Strength and Conditioning advice and run sworkshops for other sports. To increase his knowledge and to help him develop those he works with he has recently recently enrolled as a mature student on a Masters degree in Strength and Conditioning. His goals are dictated by the aspirations of the individuals he coaches. He has been involved in coaching across all age groups and abilities for the last 30 years but he still finds it exciting.
