Andrew's nomination story

I work in a school with over a 1000 pupils. Andrew is a Science teacher and key stage 3 organiser . Over the last 12 months he has won the international schools award for us, and has groups visiting the school from all over the world. He is doing an olympics with Conlan International in Abergele. It would be fantastic for him to carry the torch for all his hard work at the school. He always put the pupils first and is finding new and exciting ways to make school more enjoyable, from playing games to improve their learning skills, to taking them to Manchester United Football Club and Army days out. I belive that he is making a great difference to a lot of young students. I have been working with him as a learning coach and find that he allows me to run with my own ideas from knitting to Wii sports games.I feel that he has the students best interest at heart and this will motivate them to get more involved. On a personal note he is due to become a father for the 3 time and travels to work by bike and train. You can go onto Conlans web page to more information about the schools olympic. I hope you can help as it would be a lovely surprize for him.
