As an employer (local employer of the year 2010 and regional nominee 2011) I have the chance to create educational and development opportunities for the team who work for the Up and Under Group (www.upandundergroup.com). Through the Up and Under Foundation a charity I founded in 2007 I can provide funding for less well off youngsters to have life changing experiences through a variety of adventurous activities which we support.
