Andy Clutton

Andy, the site's own 103 mile endurance runner and marathon coach, has led the tobacco cessation and nutrition efforts on site. Andy's hard work and discretionary effort has enabled our campus to be tobacco free, which in the process has helped over 20 individuals quit smoking and many other reduce their daily intake. Working with suppliers, Andy has developed ACAD plans, financial breakdowns, and inclusively led without any authority, the proposal planning, contract negotiations and execution for a Cafe at Hamble; something that the 800 strong facility has been without for approx. 10 years. In addition to the two elements which Andy has pursued he has also somehow dreamt up a challenge for 232 employees to do a 1000 mile virtual relay around the major GE sites in the UK; in under 32 hours.
