Andy Allman

Andy is a volunteer coach at Alderbury Football Club, is a member of the South Wilts League Committee and supports new football managers in the South of Salisbury to develop their skills and relationships with local children. For many years he has coached the under 10's, Under 11's, Under 12's and Under 13's - leading many teams to league and cup wins. He works during weekday evenings and weekends in order to train youth teams to improve their skills as individual and team players. Andy instils into all the children and their families qualities of fair play, respect and tolerance. As a result of this work - Andy's positive influence reaches far beyond the football pitch, having impact on the whole community. Children adore him, parents respect him and the South Wiltshire villages are extremely lucky to have a man as committed to football, children and the community as Andy is.
