I nominate Andrea Snowdon as a torch bearer. Andrea is the performance administrator for British Handball who manages the arrangements for all of the GB athletes and performance staff. Andrea plays a pivotal role in the life of our athletes, working tirelessly to ensure that they can focus on their performance in the knowledge that their travel and administrative arrangements are timely and efficient. Andrea acts as a volunteer at all of our events where she is a key member of our event team. Handball has become a huge part of her life. Andrea is professional, equitable and caring in everything she does and always goes the extra mile for others. Andrea is an energetic mother, a keen runner and enjoys horse riding .She is the perfect ambassador for Great Britain and the Olympic ideals. CR
