Amy Hansen

Always gives 100%.  An example of this would be staying after her shift to ensure an issue with a customers transaction that proved to be a challenge to resolve was solved. Amy is a quality  colleague, has been a Front End section leader for the past 12 months and has now taken up the challenge of Fresh Process section leader to drive her own personal development and experience working in a different area of the store. Since the incentive was announced Amy has worked hard both in driving the sporting chance vouchers at checkouts (and APG) and keeping the coke fridges replenished for the customer.  She passionately wants to do this both as a role model for her children and to fulfil a personal dream.Amy last year ran the London Marathon to raise money for a cancer charity. (She was chosen to attend Shareholders this year).
