A superb role model & inspiration.My passion is to introduce people to healthy lifestyles and light a flame within them that reveals a spark of what they are capable of achieving. I love to coach family and friends and have done so for many years helping them to reach their potential. I have always been passionate about running and have completed many marathons including coaching my daughter Jessica and running with her in her debut London Marathon in 2008. In 2009 I ran from Land's End to John O'Groats with a freind we covered 1208 miles via mainly footpaths and trails over a period of 49 days and raised £10500 for Macmillan Cancer Support and Marie Curie Cancer Care. I work with people with lifestyle problems and aim to continue to encourage and support them and others.
