Alison's nomination story

Alison not only works extremely hard during work hours, and puts 1000% effort into their role - she is taking part in numerous charity events outside of work - including sponsored mountain climbs, runs and walks. Alison also runs a club for children with special needs every Friday night called, 'Sunshine Club'. This specialises in children with learning difficulties. Alison also takes duties from myself and the Local Director when I am on holiday and never fails to impress.

This colleague alone, has raised over £2000 on charity events outside and inside of work. This has made many colleagues across the area contribute and join in on the action. With this in mind, this has made people more aware of issues in and outside of work that are often ignored. This colleague was the CES champion for Kent - and achieved excellent results.

Alison has been praised for her hard work and commitment for others. It would be fantastic if we could now go above and beyond to give something back to this colleague as a result of all they have given to others. Alison always has a smile on her face. Alison truly is one of a kind!
