Alison Mcgregor

Alison has demonstrated excellence in all fields since her appointment as Lecturer in 1998, promoted to Professor in 2009. He research takes an integrated approach to the study of physiological mechanics of the musculoskeletal system and includes work with elite rowers to improve performance and prevent injury, and patients with joint injury and athlete management.Alison's skill, expertise, and integrity in management and education were recognised by her appointment as Deputy Head to lead the Department's drive for enhanced quality of the student experience. She has successfully mentored and supported many staff, and is highly regarded by her students and recognised as an outstanding personal tutor.
