In 1988, I experienced the Opening Ceremony of the Olympic Games for the first time. I was just 13 years old and I followed the broadcasting at a very small black-white TV under my blanket in late evening. Since this time, I never missed any Opening or Closing Ceremony of Olympic Games. Still today, always goose skin! In 2000, I joined the Closing Ceremony in Sydney stadium. Incredible atmosphere! For myself, I practice sport since my childhood and I´m acting complimentary in a sport managing-committee since 1994. I´m mainly responsible for organizing events and setting-up sponsorships to build-up an attractive club environment for young and sporty people. Sport interconnects and can establish friendships, despite sporty and fair competition. The Olympic Games reflect this spirit perfectly for me! If you would choose me as a Torchbearer, I would be very, very happy and proud of being part of Olympic Game!
