Alex Mccrudden

Alex has made a huge impact in contributing to our Health and Wellbeing strategy at the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospital NHS Trust. She aims at and more importantly succeeds in inspiring and encouraging fellow staff to realise the benefits of health and wellbeing in their work and personal lives. She set up and delivered Pilates classes within the hospital to encourage staff to make the most of their lunch breaks and to get involved in fitting exercise into their daily routine. She coordinating the Trusts 2011 Corporate Cup. She also coordinates the Trust s entry to the Liverpool Mersey Tunnel 10k run and personally assisted some 50 colleagues, many of whom have never been involved in such an event. It is a striking performance and a tribute to her energy and capacity to inspire such commitment on the part of others. CR
