Alexander Kupse

Alex is an 18 year old young man with Aspergers Syndrome & was born with Dextra Cardia Situs Inversus & PCD. He has not allowed his special needs to prevent him from being a high academic achiever as well as attaining all levels of the Duke of Edinburgh Award including Gold. He does physiotherapy on himself 4 times a day & was a local club athlete with the Wakefield Harriers 100 metre & long jump specialist for 4 years attaining bronze, silver & gold. Alex now studies at York specialising in Environmental & Conservation Management. He is lives & studies independently. The little spare time he has he gives back to the community as a volunteer for the 'West Yorkshire National Trust Volunteer Group' & BTCV supporting local community projects.
