Harrison embodies the qualities which make you want to be a better person. He is gracious, considerate, generous, and respectful, and those who know him, can't help but feel a bit lifted. He cares very deeply about the happiness of others, including his Grandfather, a quadriplegic and his Grandmother, a full time carer. He also knows that laughter is the best medicine, so spends a lot of time making people giggle. Harrison appreciates what he has in his life and as a result, aims to help out anyone he can, in any way, whether it's never passing a Big Issue Seller without buying a copy, or digging a path through the snow for the next door neighbour without being asked. And to top it off, he has absolutely no idea how truly special he is. It is all innate. Sport is a very important part of his life, and he plays Rugby (which terrifies his mother!), tennis, and runs cross country, among other things. He has just run his second Oxford Town and Gown 10k, which raises money for Muscular Dystrophy, as well as organising a book sale to raise money for Greenpeace. He is going to do the UK 3 Peaks Challenge to raise money for UK servicemen next summer. I think he is a perfect candidate to be a torchbearer. Oh, and he is taking GCSE's next year, so this would be something to look forward to!! Thank you!
