Alex O`connor

Alex volunteered at the local Sea Cadet Unit to help out with jobs from teaching Cadets new skills like Engineering and First Aid to teambuilding exercises and Physical Training.He was then asked to help set up and run their Unit Stores department, which included uniform, boats and training aids. Whilst undertaking this Alex managed to attain personal development which will help him in his work as an apprentice in in the form of a BTEC First Diploma in Public Services and a St Johns First Aid Qualification. Alex is proud of helping young people learn new skills and enjoy themselves despite the fact that he is young himself!
