The London Olympic Games will probably be the last one for him as a sports journalist. He has been travelling all over the world for more than 35 years going from one event to another, from Olympic Games to Olympic Games. More than twenty Games on the clock and a detailed knowledge of this world which remains extraordinary and often mysterious. Since 2006, he has been President of the Association of the Olympic journalists (OJA) and through him, all his colleagues will bear the Olympic torch.
This flame which has been going from hand to hand for the origin of the Ancient Games until now. From Olympia ruins to the London ultramodern stadium. Here is the story - shortened - dreamed by Pierre de Coubertin on 23 June 1894 when he launched the Olympic Games, this magnificent adventure which help the world to discover every four years a new part of our planet.
