Adele Nicoll

Adele is an extremely talented athlete. In 2010 she was ranked 1st in Welsh under 15 1kg Discus and 1st in the 3.25 Shot. She was ranked 1st in the Welsh Under 17 4kg Shot and ranked 2nd in the Discus. She is ranked 1st in the UK Under 15 3.25kg Shot and 2nd in the 1kg Discus. She is ranked 4th in the UK under 17 4kg shot and 12th in the 1kg discus. Overall in the Uk Womens rankings she is 59th in the shot and 74th in the Discus. She won the 2010 Montgomeryshire Junior Sports Personality of the year. Adele is constantly competing in competitions and travelling around the country on a regular basis to compete. Her achievements in athletics are endless. Although she is always competing in athletic events she never lets her school work slide. She is an inspirational individual to all that know her. Despite her success she is very grounded and humble in her achievements, only talking about competitions when asked by PE staff. Adele commits herself 100% to everything she does and is a fantastic role model to fellow pupils and adults alike. Adele would be a great representative for the Olympics to demonstrate the national talent emerging from the UK to represent Britain in the future Olympic Games and all major championships.
