He supports Mencap who help families look after their disabled members, greatly enhancing their quality of life and those that have been personally affected by the disability. Adam has completed some amazing challenges in his quest for fundraising, he's cycled over 10,000 miles in 8 different countries by taking part in the six organized rides including the Great Wall of China to Tiananmen Square, around Iceland and over the Andes from Argentina across Chile to the Pacific. He's run the Bristol half marathon, twice - having sworn blind after the first one he'd never do it again!, run /cycled a duathlon and climbed the 20th biggest mountain in the world, Kimabalu in Borneo.

Adam Makes a Difference by setting himself incredible challenges to support charities he's passionate about, raising awareness and vital funds. CR
