It brings happiness because I like competing and going to different places to do so. I am happy to have discovered running in England. In the future I hope to run in the Olympics and make a career of running. I would be proud to represent Great Britain. I had to leave Somalia when I was 12 and when I started running here it increased my confidence. The bullies who had kicked me in my face had to take notice when I started to win races. There was no athletics in Somalia and I would like to help Somalis to run. They need a lot of help because of lack of food and water. I passed the Level 2 Sports Leader award at Hyson Green Youth Club and I like to volunteer at the Club. When I have had more coaching I can help the Club's football teams to run better.
