to be able to help others by explainig the difficulties i have faced with being school phobic and suffering from a anxiety disorder and hopeful preventing others getting as bad as i did. I have already started this by volunterring on a local Preperation for Volunteering course which helps people with mental health issues to try and return to full time paid work by first volunterring in there local community. I have also been on a one year counseling course (where i obtained a qualifaction and also overcame my fear of being school phobic) so hopefully in the future i can work a counseller/support worker with people who have mental health issues. There is hopefully lots more for me to be able to do in the future as wellaaron is a volunteer for a local support group he is always looking out for others and is very kind and considerate. keeps everyone happy
