Rebekah, 16, will carry the Olympic Flame through Aylesbury on Day 52 of the Olympic Torch Relay.
Rebekah was born with chronic renal failure and battled poor health throughout her childhood.
When she was 9 she markedly deteriorated and, a year later in 2006, she received a kidney transplant from her Dad. She has since gone on to compete at the World Transplant Games where she returned home with 3 silver and 2 gold medals in the swimming events.
