Carrying the Flame through: Southend-On-Sea
Mark Foster, 42, will carrying the Flame through Southend-On-Sea on Day 49 of the Torch Relay.
Mark is one of the most successful British swimmers of all-time. A sprint-freestyle specialist, he represented Great Britain at five Olympic Games and is a six time World Short Course champion.
