Heston Blumenthal will carry the Flame in Slough on Day 53 of the Relay.
The self-styled 'mad scientist' of cooking, he won his third Michelin star younger than anyone else in the history of the award.
Blumenthal is carrying the Flame on behalf of British Airways due to his support on the Great Britons London 2012 Olympic programme. He has helped produce a bold British menu to serve millions of customers on board British Airways’ flights in the run up to and over the Games.
