This latest webcam photo of the Olympic Stadium was taken from the second of two webcams located on the Stadium site.

The London 2012 webcams show the latest progress taking place in and around the Olympic Park and record images throughout the day and night.

About the Olympic Stadium

The Olympic Stadium is located in the south of the Olympic Park on an island surrounded by waterways on three sides. Construction started three months ahead of schedule in May 2008.

The innovative Stadium design allows for an 80,000-seat Stadium to be converted into a more sustainable 25,000-seat venue after the Games.
