Introduction of 1APP on 6 April 2008
From 6 April 2008 all local planning authorities are required to use a new standard planning application form (known as 1APP).
Alongside this, and to support the use of this standard form, the Government is also introducing new information requirements for the validation of applications.
Following public consultation the ODA List of Local Planning Application Requirements has now been adopted.
