Commenting on planning applications

The ODA Planning Decisions Team (PDT) will accept representations on a planning application that it is determining from anyone, including those who have not been notified of the application.

You can object, support or simply comment on a planning application.

How to submit representations to the PDT

The PDT will accept representations on applications in a number of ways:
Electronically via the Planning Register during the consultation period only.
Submit a representation online via the Planning Register.
By fax on 020 8430 6021
By email to planning.enquiries@pdt.oda.gov.uk. Email the PDT.
By post or deliver them in person to the ODA Planning Reception in Stratford.

It is important that you inform the PDT of the planning application reference number and site address when you make representations, as well as your name and address.

Any representation that is made is put on a public file and will be available for members of the public to view.
