Four National Flames unite in Stoke Mandeville, spiritual home of the Paralympic Games, before it sets off on a 24-hour Relay to the Olympic Stadium. The Flame travels 92 miles by a total of 116 teams, each made up of five inspirational Torchbearers. On its journey, the Paralympic Flame visits Aylesbury, Tring, Watford and London landmarks including Neasden Temple, Brent Europe’s first traditional Hindu temple, London Zoo, Lord's Cricket Ground, Westminster Abbey and Tower Bridge.
