"Rosemarie Glithero is responsible for arranging activities and outings for our children and has worked for The Children`s Trust for 10 years. Many of the children she works with were living ordinary childhoods until they suffered an acquired brain injury through a tragic accident or illness. Rosemarie takes the children to theme parks, theatres and even wheelchair ice skating ? anywhere they'll have fun. Whether Rosemarie is running activities on or off-site, driving a minibus or pushing a child in a game of wheelchair football, she's already 'plotting' the next adventure. Rosemarie often gives up her weekends and volunteers her time by coming in for a birthday or leaving party. Rosemarie really deserves the recognition as her great sense of energy together with her knowledge and skills means that the children have access to new opportunities and experiences that otherwise would not be possible.
