"It feels brilliant like to ride a bike! I believe everyone should experience it who wants to; it's just about creating opportunities. We have a great team delivering all ability cycling; I'm the one pulling the logistics together and making things happen. It's a juggling act! I organise competitions, track days and regular clubs to provide people with disabilities opportunities to compete and train. Riding bikes gives people confidence, independence and opens out possibilities in other areas of their lives. It really matters, I hear it from cyclist's families and friends and I see it in their faces. They have so much determination and enjoyment, it is real inspiration. A rider wrote me a poem after a competition and it captured it so completely I felt it should be published! It makes sense of the juggling I do, the simple reason to keep on and see more people pedalling!!"
