"Mick inspires & supports anyone wanting to put back in to sport & charity as well as personally taking on challenges tougher than logic says someone his age(45) should undertake.Every year he picks a deserving disability charity & works hard to publicise the efforts of that charity & pushes himself beyond his limits to earn donations for the great causes he chooses. Mick says he is just an ordinary person trying to do something extra ordinary & messages of support with the word 'Inspirational' every year appear on his justgiving pages as others agree. He has run a 6-day Desert Challenge,Swam the Channel,Cycled to Arc de Triomphe as well as John O`Groats to Landsend paying for all the challenges out of his own pocket. He has raised money over the past decade for MENCAP, Perthes Association, SPARKS,Disability Challengers and EACH. "
