"It has really been Max`s own drive and determination which shaped and created the TC Children`s Charity as we know it today. She took a concept, developed it and made it a reality, battling through various obstacles on the way which included the complexities of laws and legal restrictions, IT system problems and accounting to name but a few. Then she also had to generate the same passion and enthusiasm amongst TC employees across the country, to raise funds and support the many deserving applications. Max is unendingly positive about the work of the charity and each project becomes her own - she wants to help and inspires others to feel the same way. She has been out to visit countless retail stores, aiming to inspire the staff there to raise more money and this brings great results - increasing funds raised dramatically and demonstrating therefore how she has enabled those people to accomplish more. Each application to the charity has its own story and Max will research and arm herself with as many facts as possible, to try and reach out to as many children as she can, in the best way that she can. It has been Max`s involvement in things like the annual Flight of Dreams, which has made it as successful as it is - enabling so many children to have a magical unspoilt experience and memory of Christmas that they would otherwise not be able to have."
