I was able to take part in the sitting volleyball. We didn`t really get time to practice before the day. When we realised how far we had to serve that was the most difficult thing for me. On the day my shoulder was hurting and I couldn`t lift one arm above my head so they let me use one arm to serve. It was staying seated and not getting tempted into getting on your knees. We had a great time we came last but enjoyed having a go. It was and eye opener to the fact just because you are disabled doesn`t mean you cant compete in sports. They haven`t made these sports any easier just adapted them so they can compete we`ve had other events also and everyone has enjoyed taking part in the challenge
