"Act4Africa: Kathy and her small team have reached and impacted over 1 million young Africans to reduce the stigma for those living with HIV/AIDS and provide free counselling and testing facilities in remote rural African villages. Despite suffering herself from breast cancer for the past 3 years and having to undergo chemotherapy and then surgery for a subsequent brain tumour she has fought through all her difficult treatment to keep the Act4Africa team focused on the goal of helping other less fortunate and has been an inspiration to others along the way. She has now set the team a new target to impact 5 million lives over the next 5 years, a major challenge for a small charity."
