"It's fair to say my world turned upside down 4 and a half years ago when my second child Grace was born with Down syndrome. Luckily I came across Stepping Stones, a local support group run by 2 amazing ladies. They and the group have given wonderful support and I really could not have got through the last 4 years without them . They give Grace some great things to do like play ball and horse-riding. I would be so proud to do this for Stepping Stones and my amazing Grace. "
