"Sailability Milton Keynes: This is a group of people who give disabled people the opportunity to experience the sport of sailing. The volounters, some of whom have disabilities themselves work tirellesly to raise money to purchase equipment to get handicaped people to expereince a sport - which for some people is an opportunity to regain their independence after becoming disabled. In Particular I nominate Tim Harpin who is wheelchair bound and gives all his spare time to helping others."
