Dave's nomination story

"I am 17 and just learned to drive. I have had kidney problems from a early age. I am also dyslexic and have dyspraxia, but despite this I achieved 11 GCSE's grades A-B. I enjoy life. I am a Young Leader with Beaver Scouts and a Corporal in Army Cadets where I help to train the younger cadets. I play rugby for the school and have represented GB as a youth in Jiu Jitsu. I am working towards my Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award at the moment and I look after a disabled boy 2 nights a week. I enjoy helping mum very much."
