"St Albans City Youth: The disability squad who I nominate are run by people with disabilites themselves. They have created role models from within their group that encourage other less fortunate people to better themselves and succeed. The Leaders go into Special Needs Schools & Day Care Centres to offer PE lessons run by Coaches who can empashise with the participants. They have been successful in increasing the number of disabled people taking part in sport, including wheelchair users, across Hertfordshire."
