"I met our paralympian David Clarke. He represents Great Britain in the Blind 5 aside football. He was inspirational and I decided to have a Paralympic event with a football theme. I decided to hold a blind football penalty shoot out. The event was held in our auditorium and a lot of the colleagues were keen to take part. Various team managers were goalie and I also had a turn in goal. As soon as the colleague put the blindfold on, I as the goalie could see a change in them. They became unsure, their confidence had gone and often their ability to score. We had a lot of fun and a huge amount of laughter and ir demonstrated to me David Clarke is a fantastic footballer"
