"Carlton is an autistic colleague working for Sainsbury's Enfield for over 18 years. Carlton's background is full of amazing sporting achievements. Carlton has represented England 4 times for athletics competing in the 100 metres, 200 metres and 4 x 100 metre relay. He has also competed in the 4 nations championships in 1989, 1991, 1993 and 1995. He ran for Enfield Harriers and won many medals throughout this time. Carlton is an Avid sports fan & shares his extensive knowledge with all of our colleagues/customers. Carlton is great with our customers and will do anything to help, all the time updating them about his favourite athlete or event. Carlton is so excited about the Paralympics and Olympics. His favourite Paralympic athlete is Ellie Simmonds who he met in the GB Parade in 2008. Carlton would be proud to have the opportunity to represent his country once again in a sport he loves."
