"I regularly work with a group of people with various disabilities, teaching them basic first aid skills, how to look after themselves and others, plus many other things. At Christmas I go out on the keech cottage float as Santa and also collect. The SOS Bus is a place of safety for people, we also do first aid on the bus to save ambulances being called out unnecessary. I coach rugby at a community to young people and also a member of St John Ambulance. On the way home from college I saw smoke coming from a house and a lady screaming that her children were inside. I ran into the house, the front room was on fire and thick smoke upstairs where I found 2 children. I took them outside and went back inside for the mother and another child who were downstairs. I then helped outside."
