China once again proved they are the number one nation in Table Tennis at the Paralympic Games and they have the chance of winning 12 gold medals across the men’s and women’s individual events following a busy day of action at ExCeL.
France proved to be a surprise package on Day 2 of the Paralympic Games Table Tennis competition as their athletes produced a string of breathtaking performances to achieve a staggering 21 wins across 11 different classes.
China demonstrated why they are the dominant force in the Table Tennis world as all but one of their competitors won on the first day of the London 2012 competition at ExCeL.
The London 2012 Organising Committee (LOCOG) has confirmed that Her Majesty The Queen, accompanied by His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh, will open the Paralympic Games in the Olympic Stadium on 29 August.
