Great Britain's David Weir made it a fantastic four gold medals at London 2012 by racing to an imperious Marathon - T54 victory on The Mall today.

China showed their class in the Swimming pool as they topped the medal table after 10 memorable days of action at the Aquatics Centre.

Before the Closing Ceremony brings to an end the London 2012 Paralympic Games, a total of six gold medals will be handed out as the last day of action sees the conclusion of the Football 7-a-side and Wheelchair Rugby events, as well as the four Marathon races.
