The first game will see hosts Great Britain begin their Pool A campaign against USA, current Paralympic champions and top ranked team in the world, on Wednesday 5 September. On the same day in Pool B, Beijing 2008 silver medallists Australia will face the bronze medallists Canada.
Current European champions Sweden open against Belgium, who previously held the same title, and Paralympic first-timers France will play Japan.
Friday 7 September is the day of final pool games, where Great Britain, who finished fourth in Beijing 2008, will play Japan in what is expected to be one of the crunch games to decide who will progress. Semi-finals take place on Saturday 8 September, before the gold medal match on Sunday 9 September.
London 2012 Director of Sport Debbie Jevans said: 'The Wheelchair Rugby tournament is set to be an enthralling spectacle for fans this summer as the world’s top nations head to London to compete for gold.
