The world-class sporting events take place between 18 April and 8 May with eight events taking place in the Olympic Park.
Tickets to Hockey, Synchronised Swimming, Wheelchair Tennis, Water Polo and Paralympic Athletics will go on sale to the general public at 10am on 15 March. Prices range from £3 – £20 and are available exclusively via Ticketmaster
The Men’s Olympic Football Tournament Qualification Play-Off Match will take place at the City of Coventry Stadium on 23 April. Tickets are priced from £5–£10. Further details are available on the London Prepares series website
The BUCS Visa Outdoor Athletics Championships will take place in the Olympic Stadium from 4–7 May with tickets available to members of BUCS. Details on public access to the Olympic Stadium on Saturday 5 May will be released in due course.
Access to Wheelchair Rugby, Shooting, Paralympic Archery and Boccia will be allocated to local residents, members of National Governing Bodies and athletes’ friends and families.
Getting ready for the Games
The London Prepares series, the official London 2012 sports testing programme, allows the London 2012 Organising Committee to test key aspects of operation ahead of the Games this summer. Particular focus will be put on the events that take place on the Olympic Park on Saturday 5 May, when the Park will host up to 80,000 visitors over the course of the day.
