Uzbekistan made their Paralympic Games debut in 2004 in Athens, represented by Yusup KADYROV in powerlifting. In 2008, Uzbekistan sent two athletes who competed in powerlifting (Ravil DIGANSHIN) and swimming (Farhod SAYIDOV). They have never won a Paralympic Games medal.
