Highlights
Sudan made their Paralympic Games debut in 1980 in Arnhem, sending a team of 11 athletes to compete in athletics, swimming and table tennis. They did not participate again until Athens 2004, where they were represented by just two competitors in athletics. Sudan were absent from the Games in 2008. Their only Paralympic medal is a shot put gold won by Mohamed Ahmed ISAM in 1980.
